Blora Police PNBP Fund Corruption Case, 5 Police Examined At Semarang District Court
BLORA - Five members of the Blora Police are being questioned as witnesses in the alleged corruption case of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) by a husband and wife of Blora Police.
The five witnesses who were questioned in a trial at the Semarang Corruption Court at the Semarang District Court, Central Java, Monday, June 6.
Each witness served in the Cepu Sub-Sample Office, the Blora Assistant Samsat, and the Blora Police Vital Object Security Unit.
The two defendants who were tried in the trial led by Chief Justice Rochmad were Brigadier Chief Etana Fani Jatnika and First Brigadier Eka Maryani.
One of the witnesses interviewed, Iptu Andy Setyo Ardianto, who is on duty at the Blora Samsat Assistant Office, explained that he always deposited non-tax revenues from the STNK administration every day.
"Every day, cash is paid to the defendant Eka Maryani as the Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) Receiver Treasurer," he said, quoted from Antara.

He said there was a receipt in every money he handed over. Defendant Eka, he said, was then tasked with depositing the funds into a holding account every day.
He said the crime involved Eka's husband, Etana Fani Jatnika, who is also a member of the police.
However, he admitted that he did not know the purpose of the stolen funds.
Previously, a husband and wife member of the Blora Police, Central Java, Bripka Etana Fani Jatnika and First Brigadier Eka Maryani, was charged with corruption of PNBP deposit money at the Blora Police Traffic Unit which cost the state IDR 3.049 billion.
The alleged corruption that took place in 2021 was revealed during a year-end book closing check in January 2022.
During the check, it was discovered that there was evidence of a deposit whose funds had not been paid by the defendant Eka Maryani, who served as the recipient treasurer at the Blora Police Traffic Unit.
From the investigation, it turned out that the money that should have been deposited into the state treasury was used for the personal interests of the two defendants.
The defendant Etana Fani Jatnika entered the money which was the PNBP fund into his Paypal account in several stages with varying amounts.
The money entered in the Paypal account will be deposited and is expected to get a bonus.
