100 CPNS Resignation Is Considered To Be Detrimental To The Government, DPR: Transparency Of Rights And Obligations Needs To Be Known Before Participating In The Selection

JAKARTA - The withdrawal of 100 CPNS who have passed the selection stage has been highlighted by the Indonesian House of Representatives. The reason is, the reason for the resignation of hundreds of CPNS is because of the matter of salary and work placement.

Member of Commission II of the DPR RI from the PAN faction, Guspardi Gaus, assessed that the resignation of CPNS who had passed the final stage should be a serious concern for the government. This is because the resignation has harmed the state because the government has poured a large amount of budget in the selection process until the final stage.

"How much has been spent per person, the cost of the SKB test, SKD. Some agencies even pay for their own specific tests. After it was announced the formation that should have been filled by CPNS that had passed became vacant because they resigned. The resignation of hundreds of CPNS certainly resulted in losses for government," said Guspardi to reporters, Monday, May 30.

Guspardi emphasized that the government must evaluate the recruitment selection process or the acceptance of CPNS as part of bureaucratic reform. According to him, the rights and obligations of the applicants must be explained transparently before participating in the selection.

“Transparency regarding rights and obligations needs to be explained transparently to community members who will apply as CPNS. So they can know and consider everything and know exactly their rights and obligations including the amount of salary they will receive before participating in the selection process," explained Guspardi.

"This is important so that it doesn't happen again for CPNS who resign after being accepted as state servants," he continued.

For information, BKN noted that as many as 105 CPNS resigned after being declared to have passed the 2021 admissions selection test.

The Ministry of Transportation as the agency with the maximum number of resignations reached 11 people.
