Its Bonds And Sukuk Are Listed On The Stock Exchange, Waskita Karya Officially Earns IDR 3.27 Trillion In Funds
JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT)'s bond IV and mudharabah sukuk are officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The respective values are IDR 2.13 trillion and 1.15 trillion.
That way, Waskita Karya officially reaps IDR 3.27 trillion in fresh funds from the fundraising from the capital market.
Quoting the IDX statement, Friday, May 13, Waskita's IV bonds worth Rp2.13 trillion consist of two series. Among them, series A IDR 658 billion with a term of five years, and series B IDR 1.47 trillion with a term of seven years.
Meanwhile, Waskita's mudharabah I sukuk is worth IDR 1.15 trillion. Also consists of two series, namely series A IDR 383 billion with a period of five years and series B IDR 765.1 billion with a period of seven years.

The rating result from PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) for the bonds is idAAA(gg) (Triple A, Government Guarantee) and Sukuk Mudharabah is idAAA(sy)(gg) (Triple A Syariah, Government Guarantee). Acting as the Trustee in this issuance is PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk.
The arrival of Waskita's bonds and sukuk also increased the number of bonds and sukuk issuances on the BEI to 47 issuances from 35 issuers. The total value is IDR 57.39 trillion.
