The peak of the Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijri backflow is predicted to occur on 6 to 8 May 2022. The Minister of Manpower also recommends that employers coordinate and communicate with workers or laborers who are going home for Lebaran, so as to avoid the peak of the backflow.

"Of course, the implementation must be based on a mutual agreement by taking into account the rules that apply in each workplace," he said.

According to the Minister of Manpower, this effort can be realized through dialogue, communication and intensive coordination between employers and workers or laborers.

One of the substances that can be discussed is doing work remotely or using the WFH system.

"This system, of course, is quite familiar to us where we have done this arrangement together during the COVID-19 pandemic. This system can be applied temporarily to avoid peak density of backflow," explained the Minister of Manpower.
