Governor Edy-Bobby Nasution Visits Mita Tani Market, Prices Of Basic Materials Are Affordable
MEDAN - Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution accompanied the Director General (Dirjen) of Agricultural Infrastructure and Facilities (PSP) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Ali Jamil, to review the implementation of the Mitra Tani Market to welcome Eid at the Sejati Pratama Field, Medan.
Mitra Tani Market, which was initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture through the Director General of PSP, is a form of government attention to bring staple food closer to the community, making it easy to reach. This is also the government's effort to meet the growing demand for food before Idul Fitri.
The inauguration of Mitra Tani Market was marked by ribbon cutting by the Director General of PSP, Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi, Bobby Nasution and elements of the Forkopimda of North Sumatra. After cutting the ribbon, the group immediately visited the existing stands one by one. Then it was continued with the symbolic handing over of compassion to orphans, the needy and elderly parents.
Gubsu Edy Rahmayadi invited the whole community to visit Mitra Tani Market. Because, the price of basic commodities are sold at affordable prices.
"I hope that the presence of Mitra Tani Market can help the community to get basic commodities at affordable prices," said the Governor.
Meanwhile, the Mayor of Medan, Bobby Nasution, greatly appreciated the holding of the Mitra Tani Market. This is because people can buy basic necessities such as eggs, rice, cooking oil, granulated sugar, chilies and others at low prices.
"Of course, in this market the price given is much cheaper than the price in the market. Hopefully this market can help the basic needs of the community ahead of Eid Al-Fitr 1443 H," Bobby hoped.
