Intiland, Property Developer Owned By Conglomerate Hendro Gondokusumo Earns Revenue Of IDR 2.62 Trillion In 2021, Down 9.34 Percent

JAKARTA - The property company owned by conglomerate Hendro Gondokusumo, PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) recorded a decline in performance in 2021 compared to the previous year.

In Intiland's financial report, quoted on Thursday, April 28, the company recorded revenue of Rp. 2.62 trillion, a decrease of around 9.34 percent from the previous year of Rp. 2.89 trillion. The majority of revenue came from the high-rise property segment, which posted revenue of Rp.772.38 billion.

Next, followed by the housing or landed house segment which earned revenue of Rp. 688.33 billion. In addition, following housing, industrial estates also contributed revenue of up to Rp597.27 billion, and property facilities contributed Rp323.42 billion.

Then, the company's operating expenses decreased to Rp361.95 billion in 2021 from Rp402.38 billion in 2020. As a result, Intiland scored a gross profit of Rp1.02 trillion, lower than the previous year's Rp1.18 trillion.

With performance throughout 2021, DILD still recorded a profit for the year attributable to the parent entity of Rp12.18 billion. This number fell quite sharply from the previous year which scored a profit of Rp. 76.76 billion.

Meanwhile, with this performance, DILD's earnings per share as of December 31, 2022 will be Rp1, from the previous year Rp7. Meanwhile, the company's total assets have increased from Rp15.70 trillion in 2020 to Rp16.46 trillion in 2021.

Total liabilities also increased to Rp10.42 trillion in 2021, from the previous year of Rp9.65 trillion.
