Dishub Records Homecoming Flow Of Nagreg H-5 Route Increases By 23 Percent

BANDUNG - The Bandung Regency Transportation Service (Dishub) noted that vehicles crossing the Nagreg Line, Bandung Regency, West Java, on the H-5 homecoming flow ahead of Lebaran 2022 increased by 23 percent compared to the previous days.

"Compared to yesterday from D-6 to D-7, now there is an increase of 23 percent," said Head of Traffic at the Bandung Regency Transportation Agency, Isnuri, as quoted by Antara, Wednesday, April 27.

Based on calculations made by Dishub officers in Nagreg, within 30 minutes, there were as many as 1,300 vehicles passing on the Nagreg Line towards Garut Regency.

Of these, about 500 of them are four-wheeled vehicles or private cars. So that the majority of vehicles that cross the lane are motorcycles.

However, this figure is not entirely homecomers. Because there are still local community vehicles that use the highway.

Isnuri said that the increase in traffic flow on the 5th day of Eid began to occur at 15.00 WIB. Since then, he said, travelers using motorbikes have passed in groups.

According to him, the flow of travelers will continue to increase until Friday or D-3 during joint leave. However, vehicles from Jakarta are predicted to crowd Nagreg until Saturday or D-2.

"For Jakarta, for example, Friday's holiday, it is likely to enter Nagreg on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. But we also predict that on Sunday it will likely be sloping," said Isnuri.
