Expand Credit Access To All Online Merchants, Kredivo Partners With BNI And Mastercard To Launch Infinite Card

JAKARTA - In collaboration with Mastercard and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Kredivo today officially announced the launch of the Infinite Card. This virtual card can be used for payments on all e-commerce and online platforms by simply entering some card details or credentials.

This innovation allows users to transact using Kredivo limits across the Mastercard online merchant network. This also shows that Kredivo is a leading open-loop payment method that opens access to millions of Mastercard online merchants.

As the name suggests, Infinite Card will provide access to unlimited online transactions, anywhere and anytime practically and seamlessly, for our nearly 5 million users. This innovation also reduces the access gap between conventional credit card users and Kredivo users.

Navin added that this solution will provide consumers with additional choices and encourage them to use digital payment methods, an important goal of OJK and Bank Indonesia.

The Infinite Card is connected to the user's Kredivo account, transactions made through the Infinite Card will be deducted from the Kredivo user limit which can reach 30 million rupiah.

The interest charged in Infinite Card transactions is the same as the interest offered by Kredivo, which is zero percent for 30-day and 3-month tenors and 2.6 percent interest per month for 6 and 12-month installments.

In addition, users can view Infinite Card transaction history in the Kredivo application. Infinite Card can be used on Gojek, Grab, Shopee, Traveloka and hundreds of other online platforms that provide credit card payments.

To activate the Infinite Card, make sure you already have a Kredivo account and application, then click "Card Center" in the Kredivo application, click "Activate" Infinite Card, choose one of the 30-day or installment payment tenors, enter the Kredivo PIN and OTP and Infinite code The card has been activated and can be used for transactions.

How to transact using an Infinite Card is similar to transacting using a credit card, select payment by "Credit Card" when making a transaction on the merchant's website or application, then enter the card number, validity period and CVV code that can be directly copied from your Infinite Card. confirm the transaction in the Kredivo application, select a tenor and select a discount voucher if available. Payment is complete!

However, for now, the Infinite Card is only available for selected Kredivo users and in the future it will be available to all Kredivo users.
