Tomorrow Thursday, Pertamina's Managing Director Nicke Widyawati Will Be Questioned By The KPK Council Regarding Allegations Of Giving MotoGP Tickets To Lili Pintauli
JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) will examine PT Pertamina (Persero) President Director Nicke Widyawati on Thursday, April 21 tomorrow. This examination was carried out in relation to allegations of ethical violations in the form of receiving accommodation and MotoGP tickets by the Deputy Chair of the KPK, Lili Pintauli Siregar.
"Yes, that's right, the KPK Board of Directors needs clarification from Pertamina's Managing Director (Nicke Widyawati) on the statements of his subordinates," said member of the KPK Supervisory Board Syamsuddin Haris in a written statement to reporters, Wednesday, April 20.
Dewas asked Nicke to be present in the examination. The information he gave was needed to investigate the alleged receipt of gratification by Lili.
Previously, Lili was suspected of receiving gratuities in the form of hotel accommodation and tickets to watch the Mandalika MotoGP from a state-owned company. Later, member of the KPK Supervisory Board Syamsuddin Haris said that the gift was made by PT Pertamina (Persero).
This complaint was then followed up by the KPK Council by asking for clarification from a number of parties. In addition, Tumpak Hatorangan et al have asked related parties to bring proof of booking accommodation at Amber Lombok Beach Resort and Mandalika MotoGP tickets at the Grandstand Premium Zone A-Red.
This is not the first time this complaint has been made against Lili. On August 30, 2021, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) Council stated that Lili was proven to have violated the code of ethics and code of conduct, so she was sentenced to severe sanctions.
He was found guilty of violating the code of ethics and behavioral guidelines in the form of abuse of influence as a KPK leader for personal interests and dealing directly with the party whose case is being handled by the KPK, namely the Mayor of Tanjungbalai M Syahrial.
For her actions, Lili was given a severe sanction in the form of cutting her basic salary by 40 percent for 12 months or Rp. 1,848 million.
