Anies Optimistic 15 Minute Service At Dukcapil Boosts Public Satisfaction

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan is optimistic that the 12 population administration services at the Population and Civil Registry Service, which will be completed in 15 minutes, will boost public satisfaction.

"This is one of the factors that make people have higher satisfaction in receiving services from the government," Anies said at the Jakarta City Hall, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, April 19.

He also believes that efficient and effective services will encourage higher public trust in the government.

The former Minister of Education and Culture revealed that based on the records of the DKI Population and Civil Registration Service (Dukcapil), the community satisfaction index in the fourth quarter of 2021 reached 97.87 percent.

Meanwhile, the coverage of residence documents in Jakarta for Family Card (KK) ownership reaches 99.6 percent and electronic ID card recording reaches 99.6 percent.

Then, child identity cards reached 98.1 percent and birth certificates for children aged zero to 17 years reached 98 percent.

Meanwhile, the Director General of Population and Civil Registry of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, on the same occasion appreciated the commitment to services in DKI.

The 15-minute target for completion, he continued, also exceeded the target at the Ministry of Home Affairs, which was one hour.

"I hope other provinces can learn from the Dukcapil of DKI Province towards the 15-minute service," he said.

Based on data from the DKI Dukcapil Office, as many as 12 population administration services were completed within 15 minutes, namely:

1. Recording of resident biodata for less than 12 years

2. Issuance of Family Cards (KK)

3. Issuance of Electronic Identity Card (Electronic Identity Card)

4. Issuance of Child Identity Cards (KIA)

5. Legalization of residence documents without Electronic Signature (TTE)

6. Issuance of Proof of Non-Permanent Population Data Collection (STBP2NP)

7. Issuance of Birth Certificate Quotations

8. Issuance of Death Certificates

9. Issuance of Birth-Death Certificate

10. Re-issuance of lost/damaged quotations for which there is evidence of a letter of validity

11. Issuance of Residential Certificate (SKTT)

12. Recording of important events for Indonesian citizens and foreigners abroad.
