JAKARTA - A teenager dressed in black with the initials H was detained by members of the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya in the Harmoni area, Central Jakarta, Monday (11/4). From his body, the police confiscated about 63 bullet casings (inactive) which were in a long line and were carried by the teenager from Tangerang. H admitted that he had dropped out of school.
