Poor Russian Caucasian Woman And Her Toddler Abandoned By Her Husband After Going Vacation Together, Now Deported From Bali
DENPASAR - A Russian citizen with the initials LN (33) and her toddler VN (3) were deported from Bali for overstaying for 225 days.
Both of them were devastated because their husband left them alone to return to their home country. Meanwhile, Russian Caucasians and their toddlers cannot return to Russia because they don't have enough money.
"The housewife and her child were deported for violating Article 78 paragraph (3) of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning immigration," said Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in Bali Province, Jamaruli Manihuruk, Monday, April 11.
He explained, on July 24, 2019, a Russian foreigner, her husband, and her children arrived at the Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali, using a visa-free visit from Russia to travel.
During the tour, they lived together in a guest house in the Ungasan Region, South Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali, until December 2021.
Then her husband left LN and her daughter in Bali to work in Malaysia and returned to Russia. LN and his daughter were left in Bali.

During that time, LN could not contact her husband. Finances were running low until April 4, 2022, this Russian foreigner reported to the Immigration Ngurah Rai office.
"We deported the mother and child. Foreigners who hold residence permits whose validity period has expired and are still in the territory of Indonesia for more than 60 days from the time limit of the residence permit are subject to administrative immigration measures in the form of deportation and deterrence," said Jamaruli.
The cost of purchasing tickets, explained Jamaruli, was carried out by foreign friends and fellow Russian citizens.
"LNs who have been deported will be included in the list of proposed deterrence to the Directorate General of Immigration and prohibited from re-entering Indonesia for the next 6 months," said Jamaruli.
