Ronaldo And Rooney Engage In War In Instagram Comments

JAKARTA – Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo are involved in a war of words on Instagram. The commotion started with Rooney's scathing comments to CR7 when he was a pundit on Sky Sport last week.

Rooney then uploaded a photo after appearing as a pandit with Jamie Carragher on Instagram. The photo immediately received comments from Ronaldo.

"Two jealous people," wrote Ronaldo with an eyeball.

Feeling attacked by his former colleague at MU, Rooney immediately responded to the Portugal international's comments. Even the name Georgina, who is Ronaldo's lover, was dragged along.

"This man really can not accept any form of criticism. If I wanted to express everything that is on my mind, he would probably run to Georgina crying," replied Rooney.

When he became a pundit, Rooney commented on the 1-1 draw when Manchester United hosted Leicester City at Old Trafford. This result is assessed by Rooney to make MU increasingly have no chance of winning a place in the top four.

In addition, he also highlighted that Ralf Rangnick's squad needed to release some of its players. Apart from Ronaldo, Paul Pogba is said to need to be removed because of his minimal contribution to the team.

This comment made Ronaldo angry and attacked his former colleague in the Instagram comment column.
