Examine The Regent Of East Seram, KPK Investigate Interactions That Occur In The Management Of DAK And DID
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the interactions that occurred regarding the alleged bribery in the management of special allocation funds (DAK) and regional incentive funds (DID) from 2017 to 2018.
The investigation was carried out by examining the Regent of East Seram Regency, Abdul Mukti Keliobas, on Wednesday, April 6.
Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement, Ali Fikri, said that Abdul Mukti was being questioned at the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta. He is present and has been examined as a witness.
"Abdul Mukti Keliobas studied his knowledge of, among others, regarding the receipt of DAK funds for the Eastern Seram Regency for the 2017 and 2018 fiscal years and allegations of witness interactions with parties related to this case to obtain the said DAK funds," said Ali in his written statement, Thursday. , April 7th.
However, Ali did not specify what interactions were carried out and who the relevant parties were. This is because investigators are still investigating.
Previously, the KPK was investigating allegations of corruption in the management of the 2018 DAK.
This case is allegedly related to the case that ensnared the former Head of the Division of Funding Development for Housing and Settlement Areas at the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance of the Ministry of Finance, Yaya Purnomo.
Yaya has been sentenced to six years and six months in prison for being proven to have accepted bribes and gratuities related to the discussion of the Special DAK and Regional Incentive Funds in eight districts and cities.
Meanwhile, regarding the development of this alleged corruption, the KPK has not yet specified who was involved. Based on the policy of the anti-corruption commission leader in Firli Bahuri's era, the announcement will be made when the forced detention attempt is made.
