Solo Residents Who Want Vaccines After Tarawih Prayers Can Come To The Surakarta Police
SURAKARTA - In order to increase the Herd Immunity of the people of the city of Solo, the Surakarta Police during the month of Ramadan 1443 H / 2022 AD opened a special booster vaccination booth at the Bhayangkara Clinic of the Surakarta Police.
The Head of the Surakarta Police, Kombes Ade Safri Simanjuntak, said that the vaccination activities carried out at the Bhayangkara Clinic of the Surakarta Police in the evening after the Tarawih prayers went quite well.
"The implementation of accelerated booster vaccination carried out by the Surakarta Police before the 2022 Eid holiday, in addition to carrying out accelerated vaccination activities in the morning-afternoon from 08.00-14.00 WIB, also carried out accelerated vaccination at night starting at 19.30-21.30 WIB," explained Kombes Ade, Wednesday, April 6th.
Kombes Ade also revealed that in order to accelerate vaccination for the community, the precision vaccination booth will remain open from morning to night in the month of Ramadan. In addition, in order to support the government's policy which requires people who want to go home for Eid this year, they must have complete vaccinations of doses one and two, as well as booster vaccines of three doses.
"So during the fasting month, we actually use it to intensify vaccinations, both complete and booster vaccines. So hopefully they are motivated to vaccinate because they are going home," he added.
For information, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) issued a fatwa that the COVID-19 vaccination does not cancel the fasting of Ramadan.
The police chief also appealed to the public to take care of their health before receiving an injection of the COVID-19 vaccine.
"People must always maintain their body health both from food intake, exercise, and adequate sleep duration," he concluded.
