Epic Games Update Lets Users Show Off Their Achievements On The Epic Games Store Homepage

JAKARTA - Epic Games added a new feature to the Epic Games Store launcher on Monday, March 4. Now, if you're an Epic Games user, you'll be able to find the “My Achievements” area, which lets you display some of the key highlights of your stats.

All users will have an icon created from the first letters of your username. Anyone who visits your page will be able to see how many achievements you've unlocked, games that have been Platinum, and your XP, right at the top of your page.

Vice versa, by clicking on a friend's name, users can also see their achievements.

In addition, you can also set the privacy of your page by limiting your audience to one of four categories: Public, Friends of Friends, Friends Only, and Only Me.

As for players without parental control, the default access is Friends of Friends. For players with parental controls enabled, the default setting is Only Me. In future releases, players will be able to customize the look of their page, and will unlock additional customization options by engaging with Epic achievements.

Epic Games will also improve its Ratings and Polls feature. Players will be given a multiple choice poll to answer, or a “Yes or No” question regarding the game they recently played.

Previously, Epic Games had a number of notifications in the Epic Games Launcher. Friends invites, Wish List notifications, and other pop-ups appear in separate places within the launcher.

"We'll start gathering these together in a single Notification Center, starting with social updates and wishlist notifications," Epic Games said in a statement.
