PP Presisi Holds New Contracts Until March 2022 Amounting To IDR 1 Trillion

JAKARTA - PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) holds new contracts until March 2022 of IDR 1 trillion, an increase of 26 percent yoy from IDR 813.2 billion in the same period last year and 8 percent exceeding the 2022 RKAP target from IDR 946 billion to IDR 1 trillion.

The significant increase in the acquisition of new contracts was obtained from the addition of new contracts in March 2022 amounting to IDR 444.1 billion. The addition of new contracts in March 2022 was obtained from the addition of new contracts on an ongoing basis in the mining development of the Weda Bay Project IDR 222.5 billion, Halim Airport Revitalization IDR 46.7 billion, KA Sumut Binjai IDR 85.8 billion and subsidiary PT LMA in the Basic Engineering Design Road Hauling project IDR 72.6 billion.

"The start of the 2022 quarter was encouraging for PP Presisi with the acquisition of new contracts increasing by 26 percent from the previous year, especially the addition of new contracts was obtained from nickel mining services projects that we are working on an ongoing basis as well as civil work projects both from PP Presisi and from PT LMA. The company will continue to seek new contracts and even exceed it by focusing on the nickel mining sector and integrated national strategic projects," said President Director of PT PP Presisi Tbk, Rully Noviandar in a written statement, Friday, April 1.

"Meanwhile, based on the new contract business line until March 2022, it was obtained from the civil work business line of IDR 392.4 billion (38.4 percent), mining services of IDR 538.2 billion (52.67 percent), structure work of IDR 70.7 billion (6.92 percent), production plant and heavy equipment rental IDR 20.6 billion (2.01 percent).

Until March 2022, new contracts from external sources dominate the acquisition of new contracts with a contribution of 95 percent from the non PP group and 4 percent from the group. With the dominance of the acquisition of new contracts obtained from external projects - non PP group, increasing the company's positioning as the main contractor of civil construction and mining services.

"With this competitiveness, the company is optimistic that it will be able to achieve the 2022 target by making mining services the main contributor to the company's performance as well as recurring income that also supports cashflow," added Rully Noviandar.
