Polda Metro Starts Investigating Allegations Of Captain Vincent's Involvement As An Oxtrade Affiliate

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has begun investigating the alleged involvement of Vincent Raditya aka Captain Vincent as an affiliate of Oxtrade binary options. The investigative team is studying the reporting file.

"Yes, we received the report yesterday (the report, ed)," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan when confirmed, Friday, April 1.

The initial investigation was carried out by the team by studying the entire contents of the reporting file, including the attached evidence.

At the next stage, the investigator will summon the reporting party and witnesses. Not to forget, the reported party was also called to provide clarification.

"Now we will investigate first, we will study the report file," said Zulpan. Vincent Raditya alias Captain Vincent was policed for his alleged involvement in Oxtrade's fraudulent investment with binary options mode to Polda Metro Jaya. Vincent is referred to as an affiliate of the trading application.

The reporter in this case is someone with the initials FF. He claimed to have suffered losses of tens of millions as a result of participating in the fraudulent investment.

Meanwhile, the report was received by Polda Metro Jaya and registered with the number LP/B/1665/III/2022/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA, dated March 31, 2022.

In that report, Captain Vincent was reported with Article 378 of the Criminal Code, Articles 27 and 28 of the ITE Law, and Articles 3 and 5 of Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Money Laundering.
