The Body Of Praka Mar Wilson, Victim Of The Papuan KKB Attack, Burial Military In Kupang
KUPANG- The body of Praka Mar (posthumously) Wilson Anderson Here was buried militarily at Oekalipi, Sikumana Village, Sikumana District, Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara Province, Wednesday 30 March.
Commander of Pasmar II Brigadier General TNI (Mar) Suherlan, who was the inspector of the ceremony, expressed his condolences for the death of Praka Mar.
"On behalf of the Indonesian Navy, we express our condolences and express our gratitude to all parties who have given their assistance sincerely, both morally and materially, so that this ceremony is carried out properly and smoothly," said the one-star general, Wednesday 30 March, launched Antara.
Praka Mar is a Pasmar II Soldier of the Indonesian Navy Marine Corps who died as a result of being shot by an armed criminal group (KKB) in an attack at the Lower Quary Post, Kenyam District, Nduga Regency, Papua on Saturday, March 26.
During the funeral procession led by the Commander of Pasmar II Brigadier General (Mar) Suherlan, a prayer service was held which was attended by hundreds of residents.
Those who attended the funeral ceremony of Praka Mar (posthumous) Wilson Anderson Here, namely the Governor of East Nusa Tenggara, Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat, NTT Police Chief Inspector General Pol Setyo Budianto, Kabinda of NTT Province Brigadier General Adrianus San.
Then Wadan Lantamal VII Marine Colonel Hendra Setiawan, Dandim 1604 Kupang Lieutenant Colonel Inf Muhamad Iqbal Lubis and Asops Danpasmar II Lieutenant Colonel Mar Argo Setiyono as well as hundreds of residents and TNI/Polri soldiers.
