Bringing 288 Passengers, Turkish Airlines Plane Flies Again To Bali
BADUNG - Turkish Airlines planes have re-opened flights to Bali. The first flight since the pandemic era closed, landed at Bali's I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport with 288 passengers.
Turkish Airlines with flight number THY 066 for the Istanbul-Denpasar route arrived at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Tuesday (29/3) carrying 288 passengers.
This plane returned to Istanbul at 21.00 p.m. Central Indonesian Time (WITA) with 208 passengers. Regular schedule of Turkish Airlines international flights every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday of the week.
"I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport - Bali is again serving international flights that fly regularly 3 times a week using Turkish Airlines, as well as being the only Istanbul route operating from 7 international routes at this time," said General Manager of PT Angkasa Pura I Bandara I. The Turkish Airlines plane has a seating capacity of 300 people. If it is a percentage, then the plane is 96 percent filled when it comes to Denpasar. Meanwhile, flights back to Istanbul filled 70 percent.
"This indicates that the interest of international flight service users has increased, which cannot be separated from the synergy of stakeholders in maintaining the trust of air transportation service users," he said.

Meanwhile, international routes that have resumed operations at Ngurah Rai Airport are Narita, Sydney, Singapore, Melbourne, Kuala Lumpur, Doha, and Istanbul.
Since international flights operated again on February 3, 2022, to March 29, there were 28,535 passengers entering the Island of the Gods.
