This Morning, Roby Geisha Underwent An Assessment At The South Jakarta BNNK

JAKARTA - South Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Head, Grand Commissioner Adjutant of Police Achmad Akbar said that today, Wednesday, March 30, Roby Satria, guitarist for the Geisha band, will undergo an assessment process for his involvement in marijuana.

"Yes, that's right (Today) the assessment schedule," said Achmad via text message, Wednesday, March 30.

Akbar said Roby Satria would be brought by the South Jakarta District/City National Narcotics Agency (BNNK).

"Yes, the plan is at 9 am to be brought by the BNNK (South Jakarta)," he explained.

Roby has been officially detained by the South Jakarta Metro Police since Tuesday, March 22. He was detained along with his assistant, AJ, on suspicion of drug abuse.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Narcotics Unit at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Grand Commissioner Adjutant of Police Achmad Akbar, said that he would continue the case against Roby Satria in the trial process.

This happened because the investigation team refused to take a restorative justice mechanism, because the guitarist for the Geisha band had done it more than twice.

"We from the investigative team do not take a restorative justice mechanism. However, we will continue the case to trial," Achmad told reporters at the Jakarta Metro Police, Wednesday, March 23.

"One of the considerations is because of the repetition of the actions in question," he concluded.
