Minister Prabowo Talks With Malaysian King Sultan Abdullah

In addition, on the same day, Defense Minister Prabowo also held a Trilateral Cooperative Arrangement (TCA) Ministerial Meeting with the Malaysian Defense Minister and HE Delfin Lorenzana. The three ministers exchanged views on the security situation in the Sulu Sea and Celebes Sea, as well as strengthening cooperation to address ongoing threats in the maritime area.
The three countries have reached three agreements, namely expanding TCA beyond the scope of defense by combining a multi-agency approach involving relevant Ministries/Agencies, accelerating the placement of a permanent Trilateral Maritime Patrol Liaison Officer (TMP LO) at the Maritime Command Center of each country to enable information exchange.
Then monitoring and implementing effective sea and air surveillance activities, and ensuring greater emphasis on intelligence for future surveillance operations to increase productivity and accuracy in limiting the activities of terror-crime networks in the region.
