Prior To The Annexation Of The Kertajati Airport Commercial Area, The Same Malaysian Company Had Invested USD 4 Million In Ustadz Yusuf Mansur's Business
JAKARTA – The company's expansion step from Malaysia Senandung Seputih Sdn Bhd. continues in Indonesia.
Most recently, Senandung Seputih Sdn Bhd through its subsidiary PT Manakib Rezeki is known to have seized 51 percent of the shares of PT PPRO BIJB Aerocity Development (PBAD) as the manager of the Aerocity commercial area of Kertajati Airport, West Java.
Indeed, Senandung Seputih Sdn Bhd is not a new player in the business world in the country. The reason is that the neighboring country's business entities have also been involved in national economic activities.
As in the middle of last year when Senandung Seputih Sdn Bhd was said to have taken a corporate action in the form of a private placement worth USD 4 million or IDR 57.4 billion (State Budget IDR 14.350 exchange rate) to PT Apel Mas Indonesia (AMI).
For information, PT AMI itself is one of Ustaz Yusuf Mansur's businesses with a degree in the food industry sector in the form of bottled mineral water with the trademark Aqudo.

Meanwhile, Senandung Seputih invested his capital in Yusuf Mansur's business with the intention of supporting PT AMI's action to go public or conduct an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This was confirmed directly by Yusuf Mansur.
"Thank you for the trust of all parties. God willing, it will bring benefits to Indonesia," he said via his Instagram account @yusufmansurnew quoted Monday, March 28.
The funds disbursed are planned to be used to strengthen Aqudo's production facilities in order to capture the wider market potential.
The IPO of PT AMI itself is scheduled to be held in December 2021. However, until now there has been no further clarity on this matter. The list for the release of 54 IPO 2021 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange also does not include the name of PT Apel Mas Indonesia.
