Counterattack From Former Corruption Convicts, Report Back To 11 Rogue Prosecutors At Tual
JAKARTA - Former corruption convicts reported 11 prosecutors to the Tual District Attorney's Office, Southeast Maluku. They were reported to have falsified documents in the corruption case for the construction of the USB Tayando High School, Tual City, which was decided by the Ambon Corruption Court 6 years ago.
Aziz Fidmatan said that his party had reported related parties who had harmed him to the police since 27 January.
"Regarding the alleged fake agreement letter used by prosecutors and judges in deciding this case. I am carrying out criminal proceedings against parties who have harmed beta in handling corruption crimes," said Aziz Fidmatan, a former ASN who previously served in the government. Tual City, in Ambon, Tuesday, March 22, as quoted from Antara.
He stated that the 11 reported persons had used a fake agreement letter for the use of the new high school unit self-help assistance fund (USB).
"I ask that the parties reported from the prosecutor's office are immediately examined as potential suspects or witnesses to explain where he got this evidence which is detrimental to my own side," he explained.
Previously, Aziz was sentenced to dishonorable discharge (PTDH) on the basis of fabricated or fake evidence in the corruption case of the USB construction of Tayando High School Tual City.
It was also explained that at the district court level, he was sentenced to 2 years. Prosecutors were then dissatisfied with filing an appeal, and they were decided for 4 years. Subsequently, his party appealed to the Supreme Court, which was reduced to 2 years.
He believes that the agreement letter is proven to be fake because previously he used a reference from the Letter of the Head of the Provincial Cultural Education Office dated October 12, 2008 regarding the USB Development of Tayando State High School in 2008.
Furthermore, the Mayor of Tual issued a disposition sheet dated October 14, 2008 which ordered the Head of the local Education, Youth, and Sports Office to form a committee chaired by Akib Hanubun and Aziz Fidmatan as treasurers and ratified by the Mayor of Tual's Decree concerning the Establishment of a Committee for the Construction of a New School Unit ( PP-USB) Tayando Tam District High School Tual City 2008 FY 2008 dated 15 October 2008.
The fake disbursement order (SP2D), he said, was signed in June 2008. However, during the trial, there was not a single supporting document underlying the issuance of this agreement.
"In fact, the contents of this SP2D refer to the documents published in September and October 2008," he said.
As in SP2D on 27 June 2008, Akib Hanubun was written as the chairman of the committee. In fact, he was only appointed as chairman of the committee in October 2008.
Based on the evidence in the facts of the trial, according to him, from the PLT of the Education and Culture Office, this evidence was never published by the Education and Culture Office of the Maluku Province, aka fake.
"The truth is that the committee signed it in October 2008," he said.
With 11 prosecutors reported that harmed his side, Aziz hopes that the authorities will immediately process the report.
In response to this, the Head of the Tual-Southeast Maluku District Attorney's Office (Kajari) Dicky Darmawan said that the report from the former ASN was the full right and the correct action.
"Regarding the report in question to the Maluku Regional Police, it is the right action because our country is a state of law and is the legal right of the person concerned," said Darmawan.
It was also said that what Aziz did were legal remedies prepared by law.
Whether it is relevant or not related to Aziz's report with what the Kejari has done, according to him, it is up to the person concerned who has taken legal remedies prepared by law.
