Two Children Who Drowned In The Cisadane River Have Been Found In A Prone Position At A Depth Of 3 Meters

TANGERANG - Two children who drowned in the Cisadane River area, Sukarasa, Tangerang City have been found. However, both of them were found dead.

Head of the Jakarta Search and Rescue Office as the SAR Mission Coordinator (SMC), Hendra Sudirman said that the two had only been found after five hours of searching.

He explained that the first victim was found by Ade Hazullabidin (13), at 20.00 western Indonesia time. Not long after, Rizky Fadillah (12), at 21.00 western Indonesia time.

It is known that the two victims drowned while swimming with three friends in the Cisadane River near the Glass Bridge, Sunday, March 14 at 15.00 western Indonesia time.

"(Ade) was 5 meters deep and the victim on behalf of Rizky Fadillah (12) was found to be 3 meters deep," said Hendra in his statement, Monday, March 15.

In the search, he said, officers equipped with SAR aids did the dives. The two victims, continued Hendra, were found in a prone position at the bottom of the Cisadane River or near the Glass Bridge not far from the sinking point.

"Ade was taken to the funeral home. Rizky was taken to a public hospital," he said
