NTB Police Chief Releases MotoGP 2022 Implementation Information
MATARAM - NTB Police Chief, Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto, issued an edict regarding the implementation of the Pertamina Grand Prix Of Indonesia (MotoGP 2022) and other international activities in the NTB region.
The Head of the NTB Regional Police, Commissioner Artanto, said that the announcement with the number Mak/1/III/2022 was signed by the Head of the NTB Regional Police, Inspector General Djoko Poerwanto, on March 8, 2022.
"There are five important points that are stated in the Declaration of the NTB Police Chief", said Artanto, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, March 9
The first point states that Indonesia, especially the NTB Province, will host the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia (MotoGP 2022) which will be held at the Pertamina Mandalika International Street Circuit, Central Lombok Regency, as well as other international activities.

Furthermore, in the second point, it was stated that security and public order is one of the prerequisites for the successful implementation of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia (MotoGP 2022) and other international activities in the NTB region.
In the third point, the NTB Police Chief appealed to all residents, especially those who live in Central Lombok Regency to support and cooperate in creating security and public order that is comfortable and conducive.
"That if there are groups or individuals who try to interfere with the activities of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia (MotoGP 2022) or other international activities (both before, during implementation, and post-implementation), then the NTB Regional Police and the ranks of the Resort Police will take firm and measurable actions in law enforcement in aby laws and regulations", reads the fourth point from the Declaration of the NTB Police Chief.
Finally, the fifth point, the NTB Police Chief advised that every citizen immediately reports to the police if they know or see a potential disruption to the 2022 MotoGP implementation.
