Make Hymns And Mars For The KPK, Firli Bahuri's Wife Says Proud
JAKARTA - The wife of the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Firli Bahuri, Ardina Safitri is proud to make a march and hymn for the KPK. He said that by creating this song he contributed to the task of eradicating corruption.
"Pride for a citizen is to be able to serve and contribute, no matter how small, no matter how simple, to participate in advancing and prospering the nation, one of which is through eradicating corruption," said Dina in a written statement from the KPK, Thursday, February 17.
Dina explained that the KPK hymn and march she created was full of meaning and message. One of them, invites KPK personnel to continue to serve to realize a corruption-free Indonesia.
Meanwhile, Firli Bahuri believes that the hymn and march created by his wife can make KPK employees proud when carrying out their duties. The song is also believed to make the employees love the country more.
"The lyrics in this song are expected to be an inspiration for all KPK personnel in their work and strengthen our love for the Indonesian nation," he said.
Regarding the creation of this song, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) has handed over the copyright of the song to the KPK. This process is carried out as an acknowledgment of the intellectual rights of the two songs to be determined as part of the institutional identity.
This submission was conveyed by the Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly to the Chair of the KPK Firli Bahuri at the Launching of the Mars Song and KPK Hymn in the Hall of the KPK's Red and White Juang Building.
"This Mars song and Hymn, now the copyright belongs to the KPK," said Yasonna when he submitted it.
"Hopefully, all KPK personnel will also have a complete sense of belonging by implementing the messages in the song. Fostering enthusiasm in working and working for Indonesia through eradicating corruption," he concluded.
