JAKARTA - The Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (CoFTRA) of the Ministry of Trade said that musician Anang Hermansyah's crypto assets were not included in the 229 crypto assets that may be traded in crypto-asset transactions in Indonesia by CoFTRA Regulation No. 7 of 2020.
"We can say that ASIX tokens are prohibited from being traded because they are not included in the 229 crypto assets that may be traded in crypto-asset transactions in Indonesia according to CoFTRA Regulation No. 7 of 2020", CoFTRA wrote through the Twitter account @InfoBappebti, quoted from Antara on Thursday 10 February.
It is known, CoFTRA Regulation Number 7 of 2020 regulates the Determination of the List of Crypto Assets that can be Traded in the Crypto Asset Physical Market. This regulation has been in effect since December 17, 2020.
