Ready To Be Examined Regarding Formula E Interpellation, Chairman Of DKI DPRD: I Will Not Avoid, Especially Finish With Dinner

JAKARTA - Chairman of the DKI DPRD Prasetyo Edi Marsudi admitted that he was ready to attend the examination related to the scheduling of the Formula E interpellation plenary meeting. The examination was carried out by the Honorary Board (BK) of the DKI DPRD tomorrow.

This examination is a follow-up to the report submitted by seven factions and four Deputy Chairpersons of the DKI DPRD who reported Prasetyo to the BK DPRD DKI on September 28, 2021. The factions include the Gerindra Party, PKS, Democrat, Nasdem, Golkar, PAN, and PPP-PKB.

"I will not shy away. Moreover, I am trying to finish this report by having dinner at the dinner table," said Prasetyo in his statement, Tuesday, February 8.

The statement "dinner at the dinner table" seems to satirize the meeting between the seven DPRD factions with a dinner agenda at the official residence of the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan at the time of the interpellation echoed by PDIP and PSI, some time ago.

Prasetyo emphasized that he was ready to fulfill the summons and explain the case that became the member's report. In this case, Prasetyo was reported to have scheduled a plenary meeting for the Interpellation of Formula E at the Jakarta DPRD Deliberative Council forum.

"I am ready to fulfill the call. Because that moment is my opportunity as Chair of the DKI DPRD to explain clearly the implementation of the Formula E interpellation plenary meeting," he said.

Prasetyo admitted that he had asked the Honorary Board to hold an open examination and broadcast it to the public.

For information, seven factions reported Prasetyo to the BK DPRD DKI on September 28, 2021. They considered scheduling the Formula E interpellation an illegal agenda.

The chairman of the Golkar faction, Basri Baco, said that his party reported Prasetyo to the BK because it was suspected that he had not heeded the rules and regulations of the DPRD by holding a plenary meeting of the Interpellation of Formula E.

The Deliberative Body meeting initially did not have an agenda for discussing the plenary schedule of the Formula E interpellation. However, during the meeting, Prasetyo suddenly proposed to Bamus Members to add scheduling to the interpellation plenary agenda.

"We suspect that there is an administrative violation of correspondence related to the invitation to the Deliberative Body and the implementation of the plenary session that was held earlier," said Baco some time ago.
