Motorcycle Thieves In Koja Use Firearms, Residents Do Not Move
JAKARTA - The theft of a motorbike took place at a boarding house in Jalan K2, Koja, North Jakarta, Friday, February 4. The video uploaded to the Instagram account @Jakut_update, it looks like the action was caught on CCTV, the perpetrators pointed something at the victim. According to the narrative, the perpetrators acted at around 11.00 WIB. The video caption also states that the suspect pointed a gun at the victim. The man in the red jacket then grabbed Rokham's motorcycle with the license plate number G 2110 AFG. The actions of the thieves were actually caught by the residents. While being chased, one of the perpetrators pointed something that was suspected to be a gun at the residents.
Residents also gave up their intention to chase the gang of thieves for fear of being shot. Meanwhile, the Head of Koja Police, Kompol Mulyana, confirmed the theft case on Jalan K2, Rawa Badak Selatan. However, from the preliminary police investigation, it is not clear whether the object used by the perpetrator was a firearm (senpi). the weapon carried by the perpetrator "only (only) took something out from under his shirt," he said. Mulyana added that currently the police are still conducting investigations related to this theft case. "Efforts are currently being made to maximize the perpetrators," he said.
