Corruption Eradication Commission Summons Members Of DPRD Fraction Regarding Formula E, PSI Party: The Budget Was Strange From The Beginning
JAKARTA - The chairman of the DKI PSI Party Regional Board (DPW), Michael Victor Sianipar, confirmed that a member of the Regional Representative Council (DPRD) from the PSI faction, Anggara Wicitra Sastroamidjojo, was summoned by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) for questioning regarding Formula E.
Michael said that the KPK would ask for information from Anggara as Deputy Chair of Commission E for People's Welfare of the DKI DPRD regarding the chronology of the preparation of the DKI APBD to hold Formula E.
"What Anggara will explain is the chronology and basics of Formula E budget planning to law enforcement," Michael said when contacted, Thursday, February 3.
In this summons, said Michael, Anggara will explain PSI's stance, which from the start had refused to include Formula E in the DKI Regional Budget (APBD). Because he considered many irregularities in the preparation of the budget.
"From the first time, it was entered in the APBD when it was discussed in 2019 we have rejected it, because we considered the budget planning and the legality of the payment to be odd from the start. It seems that this is the attitude that the KPK wants to ask, why has PSI consistently rejected Formula E," explained Michael.
VOIR éGALEMENT:
This request for information is known in a letter requesting information from the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK, Endar Priantoro. Anggara's summons was made today at the KPK building, Jalan Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.
