The focus of this solution includes two main verticals, namely Food & Beverage (F&B) and Retail, which support POS cashier needs, Wi-Fi visitors, UPS, and firewalls, as well as the Office and Service Industry verticals, which include Microsoft 365, Teams, and Smart Board smart meeting rooms.
The Whooz product readiness portfolio has been tested to support the digital operations of various leading SME brands such as Guess, Eiger, Sushi Hiro, Optik Melawai, K3 Mart, Wingstop, Wondermind, and Atria Furnishing.
As an added value, Whooz also presents JOKO AI, an AI-based smart assistant that can be used directly through the Telegram platform with multi-language by Whooz Dedicated package customers.
Through JOKO AI, customers can manage network automation independently through three main features, namely Web Filtering Setting for blocking risky sites and restricting content access, Quality of Service (QoS)/Priority Connection Setting to prioritize important application connections and optimize bandwidth, and Internet Traffic Report for monitoring data usage and presenting periodic traffic reports instantly.
