JAKARTA - TipTip, a monetization platform for content creators to sell their works and interact directly with their fans, announced that the company had achieved EBITDA profitability by early 2026.

This achievement confirms the company's ability to achieve profitability while maintaining growth, which is developed through strategic coordination with its main investor, East Ventures.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, TipTip's entertainment ticketing business recorded a 56% gross revenue growth from the previous quarter (quarter-on-quarter), contributing to a 283% net revenue growth from Q4 2025 to Q1 2026, while the contribution margin increased by 50% after the implementation of the AI engine.

By the end of 2025, more than 50% of transactions will be generated by promoters who join organically, which shows the network effect of a strong ecosystem and platform loyalty.

Leveraging this momentum, TipTip is expanding into related verticals through SatuSatu, a curated travel experience platform that allows users to discover and book authentic, locally-based activities.

SatuSatu combines TipTip's AI-based ticketing infrastructure with personalized concierge services - blending human support and intelligent automation - to deliver a seamless and worry-free travel experience.

This approach enables capabilities beyond traditional OTA (Online Travel Agent) platforms, including:

- Instant confirmation of the order

- Same day reservation

- Seamless access without queues at various attractions

Launched in Q1 this year, SatuSatu is on track to serve 10,000 customers each month.

This growth reflects more than just strong conversions; it signifies a business model that can be scaled and is ready to deliver significant long-term impact for the Indonesian economy.

"SatuSatu reflects our belief in building products that are resilient to AI developments by providing a properly managed experience, and we hope to continue to expand our high-quality offerings in this experience ecosystem," said Albert Lucius, Group CEO and Founder of TipTip.
