Vivo X300 Ultra Appears In Chinese Certification, Brings Fast Charging 100W And Camera 200MP

JAKARTA - Vivo is again heating up the competition for flagship through the new giant candidate: Vivo X300 Ultra. The X300 series actually includes the standard model and Pro, but this Ultra version appears to be a truf card saved for 2026. Although the launch is not close yet, this device has started through various certifications in China and one of them has revealed aggressive scaling capabilities.

A mysterious model with the number V2536A appears in China's quality certification and is called the Vivo X300 Ultra. The document confirms one important thing: USB PPS-based 100W charging speed, complete with 20V configuration in 5A. This scheme brings charging speeds closer to Vivo's own FlashCharge technology.

Interestingly, the certification did not divulge other specifications. But rumors give a much more ambitious picture. The X300 Ultra is said to be carrying a jumbo 7,000mAh battery, a significant increase from the X200 Ultra which has 6,000mAh with 90W Wired and 40W wireless charging. The combination of large batteries and 100W charging clearly leads to a long lifespan that can be refilled in a very short time.

On the camera side, Vivo seems to want to maintain his reputation as one of the goals of mobile cameras'. Leaks mention the use of two 200MP sensors: a 1/1.12-inch large main lens and a 1/1.4-inch telephoto.

The package is equipped with an ultrawide 50MP sensor 1/1.28 inches. If accurate, this configuration is not only a matter of high numbers, but also a sensor size that allows for cleaner shooting and more detailed in low light.

For the kitchen runway, the X300 Ultra almost certainly uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Qualcomm's high-end Qualcomm's different from the X300 and X300 Pros that use Dimensity 9500. The screen is called 6.8 inches with 2K resolution, high-quality BOE panels, an adaptive 1120Hz refresh rate, and a super high frequency dimming PWM for eye convenience. The 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is also expected to be present.

If the schedule doesn't go back, the X300 Ultra is expected to debut at the end of the first quarter of 2026, with global releases following. This device appears to be being prepared as Vivo's answer to the increasingly rapid premium market, large cameras, and increasingly sought-after tank batteries for users who are reluctant to bother with plugging in the charger throughout the day.

The next developments will show whether this device is just ambitious in rumors or is truly a new monster in the flagship world.
