JAKARTA - Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that the latest PS5 system update will add features that allow dualSense and DualSense Edge wireless controllers to be paired on multiple devices simultaneously.

To date, installation is needed whenever you connect DualSense or DualSense Edge wireless controllers to other devices such as PC, Mac, and mobile devices.

With this update, you can now register up to four devices simultaneously, and easily switch between these devices directly from your controller.

For example, you can use the controller you use with the PS5, then easily switch connections to PC to play PC games, or connect them to your smartphone to enjoy your Remote Play from PS5.

With this feature, Sony hopes the players can easily switch between the two wireless controllers without the need to pair them at any time.

In addition, Sony also presents a Power Saver mode for games, which allows PS5 games supported to run with lower power consumption and reduce environmental impacts.

With this update, you may see a new option in the settings menu called Power Saver. When you enable this option, the supported PS5 game will reduce performance and allow your PS5 to reduce power consumption.

If it is not activated, or if the game does not support this feature, performance will not be reduced and power consumption will not decrease.

The PS5 system software update has been rolled out globally. To update your PS5 system software, go to Settings > System > System Software > System Update and System Software Settings.
