IPhone 17 Becomes The Safest Cellphone In The World Thanks To Apple's Latest Security Technology

JAKARTA Through its newest line of devices, Apple introduced a new security technology called Memory Integrity Enforcement (MIE). This technology is specifically designed for the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Air.

MIE, which is integrated into this latest iPhone, can stop exploits carried out by surveillance vendors or spyware makers. This type of security makes the iPhone 17 series one of the safest devices in the world.

MIE is developed to focus on repairing memory damage bugs that are often targeted by spyware developers. This bug is the type of vulnerability that is most often exploited.

The spyware chain of mercenaries used on iOS has similarities to Windows and Android: they exploit memory security vulnerabilities, which can be exchanged, strong, and exist across industries," Apple said, quoted on Friday, September 12.

Cybersecurity experts agree that this technology is very powerful. They believe that some of the existing bugs and exploits will not work on the MIE equipped iPhone 17.

"The iPhone 17 may currently be the safest computing environment in the world that is still connected to the internet," said a security researcher and developer of cyber capabilities in the US, according to TechCrunch.

Patrick Wardle, an Apple Device Security Researcher, also stated that the MIE will make their 'spyware vendors' lives much more difficult. However, Wardle could not say for sure how long the MIE will last because the cyber world is dynamic.

At least, for now, the iPhone 17 series is a phone with very high security guarantees. In order not to target spyware, Wardle advised the public to switch to Apple's new iPhone 17.
