Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold Leaks: Have Wireless Charging, NFC, And Other Sophisticated Features

JAKARTA - Samsung is ready to make a new breakthrough in the world of foldable phones. The latest leak reveals that Samsung's first three-folding device Galaxy Z TriFold will come with a feature that makes it much more practical than the previous prototype.

Tipster @TechHighest shared three animations from the One UI 8 software on the X platform that show the main capabilities of this foldable phone. In the animation, it can be seen that Galaxy Z TriFold can charge wirelessly (wireless charging), share power with other devices such as earbud (reverse wireless charging), and support NFC payments even when the screen is fully stretched.

The design uses two folding hinges into forming the letter G, similar to the concept of the Samsung Flex G exhibited at the MWC 2025 event. The inner screen is estimated to be 10.1 inches, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and a 200MP main camera. One UI 8 is also said to carry a new feature called Split Trio for multitasking on large screens.

Regarding the price, there has been no official confirmation. However, the leak said the range was between 3,000 and 3,499 US dollars (around Rp47 055 million). Samsung is likely to reveal official details at the IFA 2025 event on September 4.

If this leak is accurate, Galaxy Z TriFold could be Samsung's boldest move in the foldable world. The combination of sleek tri-fold designs, wireless charging, reverse charging, and NFC makes it not only showing off technology, but also a really functional device for power users and early adapters.
