JAKARTA - TECNO has again shocked the world of technology by introducing the PHANTOM Ultimate G Fold Concept, a concept phone with a trifold design that is claimed to be the world's thinest trifold phone.
With a thickness of only 11.49mm when folded and 3.49mm when opened, this device is even thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and its newest generation, the Galaxy Z Fold 7.
The design used is an in-folding, allowing TECNO to present two screens in contrast to a fold-out design like the Huawei Mate XT last year. According to TECNO, this design provides extra protection for folding screens and increases device resistance overall.
PHANTOM Ultimate G Fold Concept uses a specially designed double hinge system. Small water droplets allow the right side of the screen to fold tightly inside without a gap, resembling a book design.
