Google Ready To Launch Pixel 10 Series On August 20

Rumors about the launch of the Pixel 10 Series have continued to emerge over the past few months. Now, the official launch date for the device has been disclosed by Google.

The technology company stated that the Pixel 10 Series will be disclosed at an event titled Made by Google 2025. The event will be held on August 20 in New York.

The launch invitation has been disseminated by the Google team. Launching from The Verge, the company not only launched the latest phones, but also wearable devices such as Watch 4 and New Pixel Buds.

There has been no confirmation regarding the type of device to be released. However, reports circulating believe that Google will launch four cell phone models, namely the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

The most anticipated change from the Pixel 10 Series is the processor. This device reportedly switched from the Tensor G5 processor to TSMC manufacturing. Modem inside the processor still relies on supplies from Samsung.

When compared to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, the design and performance offered by the Pixel 10 Pro Fold may still be lacking, but this device will excel in one section. Reportedly, the foldable phone will offer an IP68 rating.

This is interesting because Samsung still fails to increase the resilience of its foldable device. Although it has launched folding phones several times, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Flip 7 still do not have good dust resistance.

Made by Google 2025 may be broadcast online via its YouTube channel. Reportedly, this big event will also review the upcoming Material 3 Expressive design and XR Google devices.
