JAKARTA - World, the provider of online identity verification tools founded by Sam Altman and Alex Blania, continues to strive to maintain trust in the era of artificial intelligence (AI).

In an event titled "At Last" in San Francisco, the founders announced the launch of the latest generation Orb devices, new strategic partnerships, the latest World App 4.0 app, and plans to launch WorldCard in collaboration with Visa.

"We want to ensure that humans remain the most important part of the world which is increasingly filled with content produced by AI," said Wafa Taftazani, General Manager of Tools for Humanity Indonesia.

World's latest generation verification device, the Orb, is entering production stage, and built with NVIDIA Jetson processors, which can adapt to each individual, offering intuitive guidance while ensuring overall data security.

In addition, World also continues to innovate by introducing its portable version, Orb Mini, which allows the verification process to be carried out directly by users.

Meanwhile, the latest World App 4.0 which will be released soon will allow users' verified identities, financial features, and social networks to run more integrated.

World App 4.0 will redesign the Mini Apps ecosystem to make it more intuitive, with better navigation in all Apps, Games, and Coins categories. In addition, there is also a World Chat feature that has been integrated as the core element of the application.

In terms of cooperation, World is working with Razer and Tinder, where World ID can be integrated smoothly into existing ecosystems. The goal is to create safer and more real online interactions.

World also announced its collaboration with Visa, in introducing WorldCard, one of the world's first cards made for verified humans with World ID which will launch later this year.

This card will be directly connected to the user's World App wallet, so they can spend their digital assets wherever Visa is received, or in more than 150 million locations around the world, both online and in physical stores.
