JAKARTA Realme Indonesia has confirmed the launch date of its newest cellphone, namely the realm 14 Series. The device that is included in the mid-range line will be officially launched on May 6.

In addition to leaking the launch date, Realme also provides a little leak about its newest device. The Android system-based phone will introduce two models designed for gamers, namely the 14 5G realm and the 14T 5G realm.

Krisva Annieszca, Indonesia's Public Relations Lead Realme, said that the realm 14 Series will use Qualcomm's newest chipset. These two phones will use Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 which was released last February.

"Through the realm of 14 5G as the first smartphone in Indonesia powered by Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 and also the design of Mecha, (we can) provide the best gaming performance like a pro-player," Krisva said in a statement received by VOI on Thursday, April 24

Krisva also explained that the chipset they use is 4nm fabricated. Realme believes that Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 can present 'a sophisticated performance with high power efficiency' despite offering Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI) support.

To optimize the performance of mobile phones, the realm 14 Series uses Titan Battery with a capacity of 6000mAh along with 45W fast charging. That way, the phone can last longer when used to play games.

Realme is also trying to present a futuristic design at the launch this time. Carrying the theme Mecha which is inspired by the Mecha Warrior, the realm 14 Series will come in three color choices, namely pink, brown, and white.
