Apple Vision Pro 2 Coming Before April 2026, Really?

JAKARTA - A report with questionable sources claims that the second generation of Apple Vision Pro has now entered the mass production stage. It is even said to be launching into the global market in less than a year, namely before April 2026.

Apple Vision Pro is only about one year old since its launch, but there has been speculation regarding its latest version which is likely to be released in the near future. According to reports from IT Home, several components such as screen panels, casings, and other important parts for Apple Vision Pro 2 are already starting mass production.

Based on this information, the report concluded that Vision Pro 2 is likely to be released within a period of one year, signaling a possible launch in or before April 2026.

While this report may sound attractive to Apple fans, there is no guarantee that the information is accurate. This report from IT Home does not provide technical details or new features of the next generation headset, in addition to the statement that its production is ongoing. In addition, no other report supports this claim, which makes its credibility even more questionable.

What is even more confusing, this claim contradicts the predictions of leading analyst Ming-Chi Kuo. In a September 2024 report, Kuo stated that the second generation Apple Vision Pro with the M5 chip will enter mass production in the second half of 2025 instead of the start of the year as IT Home claims.

Current growing speculation states that Vision Pro 2 will bring a significant increase through the integration of Apple Intelligence technology and the power of the M5 chip. Apple is also reportedly developing a more affordable version of this headset to attract more common users.

For now, until further confirmation from trusted sources or Apple itself, this report on Vision Pro 2 should be viewed with skepticism.
