According to the Chief Executive of the Financial, Financial Assets, and OJK Crypto Assets Technology Innovation Supervision, Hasan Fawzi, the supervision of crypto assets is still in a tight corridor.

"The government supports and continues to strive to maintain the development of the domestic crypto ecosystem in the corridor of monitoring the implementation of good governance, adequate risk mitigation in line with the fulfillment of aspects of consumer protection," Hasan said in a written statement.
He also revealed that the contribution of the crypto industry to state revenues continues to show a positive trend. Based on data from the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP), until 2024 the crypto ecosystem has contributed Rp620 billion in tax form.
Hasan also considered that this figure would continue to increase if aspects of security, transparency in the trade system, and consumer protection were further strengthened in the future.
