Providing Free Equipment Check Services, Acer Introduces Care Actions For Flood Victims

JAKARTA Acer Indonesia expressed its concern for flood victims in various regions in Indonesia. As a form of support for the victims, Acer introduced the Acer Peduli Action program.

This program is a special service designed to help Acer users affected by flooding. With this program, customers can repair their devices at a lower cost and at a free service fee.

Acer Peduli's action applies to all customers using Acer devices, including Predator Gaming and Acerpure. To find out whether the device was damaged or how far the damage was, inspections could be done for free.

Meanwhile, for repair costs, customers get a 30 percent discount for spare part purchases. The program that is included in the Worry Free and Always Be Happy campaign is only valid during March 2025.

"With this initiative, Acer Indonesia hopes that its concern can help ease the burden on customers in dealing with the impact of disasters, while ensuring that their devices continue to function properly," Acer said in a statement.

Acer emphasized that the Acer Peduli Action program only applies to types of Acer, Predator Gaming, and Acerpure devices that are officially distributed by the company. Make sure that the device you want to check is genuine and officially issued by Acer.
