Sony Launches PlayStation Beta Program, Makes It Easy For Players To Try Games And New Features

JAKARTA - Sony Interactive Entertainment launched the Beta Program on PlayStation which will allow players to gain beta access in new game testing, new PS5 console features, or other new features from PlayStation.

If previously you needed to register one by one on a beta test for a new game or feature, with this program, you only need to register once to be able to access these beta tests.

This is an easier and more integrated way for gamers to register to participate in the upcoming beta PlayStation in various PlayStation experiences, wrote Senior Director, Sony Interactive Entertainment Content Communication, Sid Shuman in his official announcement.

So, the way it works is Sony will send certain beta testing invitations to members who enter this program, then you are free to decide whether to participate in the beta test or not.

To join this Beta PlayStation Program, you need to pay attention to the following requirements:

Its membership is free and registration will be opened globally starting today in Playstation.com/beta-program-at-playstation/. Based on Sony's assistance page, this program is also available to Indonesian players.

However, Sony insists that even if you follow this Beta Program, this doesn't guarantee you will always be able to take Beta testing, meaning Sony will still randomly select members.
