Accenture Reveals AI And Human Mutualism Relations To Learn From Each Other

JAKARTA - In an era where artificial intelligence (AI) continues to develop and move higher levels of autonomy throughout the organization, Accenture sees the mutualism relationship that occurs between humans and machines.

In the 2025 Accenture Technology Vision Report, Accenture reveals that AI is not just an automation tool, but also a partner that continues to develop with humans, creating mutually beneficial mutualism relationships.

Humans and Al define a mutualism relationship, where more and more people use Al, the more Al increases, and the more people who want to use it," wrote the Accenture report.

Unlike conventional automation, Accenture sees that AI not only provides disposable benefits, but can also improve and advance its skills over time.

In the end, as many as 80 percent of global executives surveyed in this report revealed the importance of establishing positive relationships between humans and AI.

This can be achieved by involving workers in the AI implementation process, providing adequate training, and communicating the benefits of this technology transparently.

Because according to Cloud Lead, Accenture, Indonesia, Johannes Kolibonso, human role is very important in controlling and implementing AI.

"If we look at AI, it's a powerful tool, but the bases should be humans. As good as technology, if it's not used by humans, it's finally useless," Jo said on Thursday, February 27 at the Accenture office, Jakarta.

Jo also emphasized that AI is different from other technologies. Where AI is a learning technology, which needs to learn from humans. In the end, AI can provide faster and more precise responses.
