The steps you have to take to withdraw cash from the DANA application are as follows.

First, open the DANA application on your cellphone, and click the "Withdraw Cash" menu on the main page of the application.

Next, you can determine the amount of money you will take from your digital wallet. The minimum nominal that can be withdrawn is IDR 100,000, with a transaction fee of IDR 4,500.

After that, you can tap the "Confirm" button, and wait for a while. You will receive an SMS containing an OTP code from DANA, which you can use to make a transaction.

Enter the OTP code in the application, so that the Customer ID or User ID will appear in the form of a 6-digit transaction code. You can use the transaction code when you want to withdraw money at a BCA ATM machine without using an ATM card.

When you enter an ATM, you can select the "Cardless Transaction" menu which is located in the lower right corner of the ATM machine screen.

Two menu options will appear, namely Sakuku and BCA Mobile. Select BCA Mobile, to continue the transaction, and enter the code 20176 + Customer ID / User ID earlier as input for the mobile number.
