JAKARTA - A fatal mistake when using a cellphone is usually we forget the password. Now, for iPhone users who get the iOS 15 operating system update, that's no longer a big deal.

Apple will soon present a new feature that makes it easier for users when they have trouble opening an account on their respective cellphones because they don't remember the password or password.

Reporting from Phone Arena, Monday, July 12, the feature, which is planned to launch this year, is dubbed Account Recovery, where it can allow users to call friends so they can get a passcode which will be used to reset passwords or open accounts.

It should be noted, friends who can be contacted are also not arbitrary, but only people who are trusted and must be registered with Apple as a recovery contact or Recovery Contact first.

Interestingly, if the user forgets the password, call someone in the Recovery Contact, he will get the code on his iPhone automatically and give it to the user.

Then, the user has to enter the given code to log in again to their account and create a new password.

Recovery Contact can only be used on iPhone users who are over 13 years old. Meanwhile, the launch of iOS 15 is scheduled for next September, to coincide with the launch of the iPhone 13.
