JAKARTA - Smartphone manufacturer OnePlus has started to reveal the official details of its latest device, the OnePlus 15T, ahead of its launch in China on March 24. The main focus this time is on the camera sector, with significant improvements in zoom capabilities and image processing technology.
The OnePlus 15T is equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera using a Sony IMX906 sensor, which is known to have better light capture capabilities and high dynamic range. This sensor is claimed to be able to maintain image detail even in difficult lighting conditions.
On the other hand, the periscope telephoto camera also carries a resolution of 50 megapixels, with the possibility of using a Samsung JN5 sensor. This camera supports optical zoom up to 3.5x, and is expanded to 7x lossless zoom through software-based image processing.
