JAKARTA - OpenAI announced that it has acquired the Incorporated Software Applications, a company that manufactures advanced natural language interfaces for Macs.
Through this acquisition, with Sky, artificial intelligence (AI) technology from OpenAI will be able to work with users, both when writing, planning, codemaking, and managing daily activities.
OpenAI will also bring deep macOS integration and Sky product expertise to ChatGPT. With this purchase, all members of the sky team will join OpenAI.

However, OpenAI did not mention the acquisition value. However, this acquisition was led by Nick Turley and Fidji Simo and was approved by the Transactions and Audit Committee independently of the OpenAI board of directors.
